How the intro call works
30 minutes, online or by phone. No questionnaire beforehand, no slides.

We listen
You describe system, situation and goal. We ask where it matters for effort and approach – standards, interfaces, team, deadlines.

You get a first assessment
Still in the call we say openly whether we are the right fit, which approach we see and which options exist.

Afterwards: in writing and concrete
You receive a short written assessment with approach and rough scope. If it fits, an offer with a clear result follows.
